- Is there a charge for a consultation?
- No.
- How long does it take to special order?
- It takes approximately 8-10 weeks.
- Can I order extra fabric?
- Yes. Shipping time is approximately one week.
- Can I use my own fabric?
- Yes. There is an additional charge.
- Do I need to order the entire crib set?
- No. You can order items separately; i.e., just a bumper, dust ruffle, etc.
- Can I get fabric swatches?
- Yes. After placing your order, swatches are free and can be mailed directly to you.
- Do you work with decorators/designers?
- Yes, with appropriate business qualifications.
- What about returns?
- All custom orders are "final sale."
- What if I don't know the sex, can I make a boy and girl selection?
- Yes. It would not be ordered until we are notified of the sex. Some parents provide a sealed doctor's letter with the baby's sex and then it can be ordered ahead, allowing the sex to remain secret to the parents until the baby's arrival.
- Do you do bedding other than cribs?
- Yes. Twin/full/queen bedding, round cribs, cradle sets.
- Can I see a sample of actual bedding?
- Yes, I have crib and twin bedding on display.
- Are there many styles to choose from?
- Yes. There are multiple styles of all items.
- What are my payment options?
- You can pay by personal check, money order or cash. All special orders must be made in full at the time the order is placed.
- Will you make a home visit?
- Suzy will make a home visit at no charge within a 15 mile radius of my studio in Needham.
